[Remote] Business Development Partner
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vegancuts is expanding its reach by building a national network of Business Development Partners to introduce their wellness, snack, beauty, and employee gifting boxes to organizations. The role involves leveraging existing relationships to generate sales opportunities and collaborate with the internal team to fulfill orders.
Responsibilities
- Introduce Vegancuts to companies and organizations within your existing network
- Identify opportunities for employee gifting and wellness programs
- Connect with HR leaders, office managers, executive assistants, employee experience teams, and business owners
- Generate qualified introductions and sales opportunities
- Help customers select the right Vegancuts products for their needs
- Collaborate with our internal team to close and fulfill orders
- Earn commissions on successful sales
Skills
- Established relationships with office managers, HR leaders, workplace experience teams, medical practices, real estate clients, wellness organizations, or corporate decision-makers
- Ability to introduce Vegancuts to companies and organizations within your existing network
- Ability to identify opportunities for employee gifting and wellness programs
- Ability to connect with HR leaders, office managers, executive assistants, employee experience teams, and business owners
- Ability to generate qualified introductions and sales opportunities
- Ability to help customers select the right Vegancuts products for their needs
- Ability to collaborate with the internal team to close and fulfill orders
- Ability to earn commissions on successful sales
- Experience as a pharmaceutical rep, medical device rep, benefits consultant, commercial real estate professional, office furniture salesperson, wellness consultant, hospitality sales professional, executive recruiter, or other relationship-driven sales professional
- Understanding of corporate gifting, employee engagement, or workplace wellness
- Enjoyment of relationship-building more than cold calling
- Credibility with business decision-makers
- Entrepreneurial and self-directed mindset
- Desire for an additional revenue stream without changing current career
