[Remote] Sales Representative, Work From Home

The Roethlisberger Life Group is expanding its remote sales team and looking for motivated individuals who know how to connect with people and close sales. The role involves working with clients who have already requested information and guiding them through a consultative conversation to find the right solution for their family.
Responsibilities
- Client-facing consultative sales — phone and video
- Warm leads provided — no cold calling
- No inventory, no territory restrictions, no fulfillment
- 100% remote — work from home, full time or part time
- Structured onboarding and ongoing training
- Performance-based compensation (1099)
Skills
- Sales or customer-facing experience
- Strong communicator who builds trust quickly
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Comfortable in a commission-based environment
- Ability to obtain a state insurance license (we guide you through it)
