They are seeking a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager for their Retail-OEM Growth Marketing team, responsible for developing marketing strategies that drive client engagement and retention through data-driven insights and compelling messaging.

Responsibilities

  • You lead with a consumer-first mindset, building marketing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and long-term loyalty across the full customer life cycle
  • You know how to translate business goals into clear, compelling positioning, messaging, and storytelling that resonates with real people - not just stakeholders
  • You act as a strategic partner and subject matter expert for your accounts - turning business objectives into effective marketing strategies, creative direction, and campaign briefs that drive results
  • You confidently bring go-to-market strategies to life, using proven tools and frameworks while adapting approaches to meet unique audience needs, timelines, and channels
  • You develop and execute data-driven, omnichannel marketing strategies that connect digital, retail, and partner experiences into a seamless customer journey
  • You use insights, testing, and performance data to continuously optimize campaigns, improving conversion, engagement, and lifetime value
  • You ensure every touchpoint - consumer-facing or partner-facing - meets a high bar for quality, compliance, and brand integrity, with clarity and consistency at every step
  • You can translate complex marketing performance into clear, compelling narratives, helping teams and clients understand the 'why' behind the results
  • You thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, bringing structure to ambiguity and elevating the work of those around you

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Product Management, Business Administration or another related field
  • A minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in marketing with strong focus in digital marketing, ecommerce, consumer marketing, B2B marketing, marketing research, and analytics
  • A minimum of 5 years of consumer marketing experience, including product positioning, promotions, and multi-channel campaigns, with a proven track record of partnering with clients and cross-functional teams to drive results and maximize return through effective marketing strategy and execution
  • Direct experience with developing, executing and measuring successful B2C and B2B marketing strategies, plans and campaign in the Retail-OEM industry
  • 10+ years' relevant experience in marketing with strong focus in digital marketing, ecommerce, consumer marketing, B2B marketing, marketing research and analytics
  • 4+ years' product marketing experience including brand, product positioning, promotions, campaigns, communications, market research, sales and distribution support
  • Proven experience in customer, client and market research
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
