[Remote] Account payable/Account manager

They are seeking a customer-focused Account Manager / Accounts Payable Specialist to build strong relationships with clients and support financial and account operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing account performance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand customer and business needs related to financial and account services
- Support accounts payable processes, invoice tracking, and payment coordination
- Manage renewals, billing support, and retention risks
- Identify opportunities for account growth and improved service delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Support) to ensure smooth service
- Track account health, financial activity, and performance metrics
- Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and account updates with clients
- Resolve account and payment issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and accounting systems

- Experience handling accounts payable or financial operations
- Background in B2B, SaaS, finance, or operational support roles
