[Remote] Business Development Manager, Americas
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TCI Group is a fast-growing international medical device company specializing in collagen and HA innovations. They are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand their presence in the medical device market across the Americas, focusing on collagen and hyaluronic acid applications in wound care, ENT, and dental fields.
Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify and close new growth opportunities; expand client and distributor networks
- Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen partnerships with existing OEM/ODM clients
- Technical Coordination: Act as the liaison for product and technical coordination between American customers and Taiwan manufacturing facilities
- Events & Representation: Organize product presentations and represent MBI at major U.S. trade shows (e.g., MD&M West, FIME, AAO, The Aesthetic Show)
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and market trends; collect and analyze clinician feedback
- Reporting: Provide weekly sales updates and opportunity assessments to the Taiwan HQ
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing, or International Business (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years in medical device sales or distribution management (B2B/B2D). Strong understanding of U.S. FDA Class I/II/III regulations is required
- Proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
- Proven ability to manage relationships with major distributors, clinic chains, and physician groups
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup. Comfortable collaborating across time zones with Taiwan HQ
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not provided for this position
- Ability to travel frequently to client sites and trade shows. A valid driver's license is required for business-related travel
- Experience promoting medical devices specifically in ENT or dental fields
- Familiarity with FDA 510(k) submissions or regulatory documentation
- An established distribution or KOL (Key Opinion Leader) network in the Americas
