[Remote] Manager of Sales Operations

ARMRA® is a company focused on health and wellness, seeking a Manager of Sales Operations to enhance their retail operations as they expand. This role involves managing operational processes, ensuring compliance, and providing actionable insights through data analysis to support retail execution and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own daily retail operations processes, including item setup, portal management, compliance documentation, and distributor coordination
- Manage systems administration to ensure platforms and tools are configured, maintained, and optimized for operational efficiency
- Oversee PDP management and image syndication to ensure product content is accurate, complete, and consistently distributed across all retailer channels
- Lead customer onboarding processes, ensuring new retail and distributor partners are set up accurately and efficiently from day one
- Ensure speed, accuracy, and consistency across retailer and distributor requirements
- Identify and surface operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements that streamline workflows and scale with growth
- Partner with Finance to analyze deductions, chargebacks, and trade spend ROI
- Own deductions and dispute management, including timely identification, documentation, and resolution of retailer deductions and chargebacks
- Evaluate promotional calendars and shopper programs with data-backed insights
- Surface opportunities to improve trade spend efficiency and promotional effectiveness
- Maintain accurate pricing and ERP management to ensure alignment across systems, customers, and financial records
- Provide Finance with accurate, timely retail reporting aligned with financial tracking
- Own standardized retail reporting frameworks that give the broader organization visibility into performance, deductions, pricing, and GTM execution
- Share insights with Marketing and Retail Leadership to inform launches, category storytelling, and in-store activations
- Deliver standardized reporting frameworks that align the broader organization on retail performance and GTM priorities
Skills
- 2-4 years in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), ideally in Retail Operations, Retail Systems, Account Management, Retail Insights, or Business Development
- Experience in RTD, wellness, or functional categories is a strong plus
- Proficiency in syndicated data tools (SPINS, Nielsen, IRI, retailer POS) is a plus
- Strong communicator who can distill complex data into simple, actionable outputs
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven; thrives in high-growth environments
- Skilled at building reporting systems that provide clarity and increase visibility into performance
