They are seeking a Director of New Business Development to help shape the role, educate the market, and develop structured approaches to sales and relationship management in a growing healthcare environment.

  • Helping employers, brokers, and consultants understand what On-Site Rx actually is
  • Untangling assumptions
  • Simplifying complexity
  • Helping buyers rethink systems they already distrust
  • Selling employer trust, transparency, risk reduction, employee retention, healthcare navigation, and change management
  • Helping employers create something their employees can actually feel
  • Sitting across from an HR leader
  • Helping a CFO understand why transparency matters
  • Navigating people who miscategorize On-Site Rx entirely
  • Staying sharp on pharmacy economics, fiduciary discussions, transparency legislation, PBM disruption, employer healthcare trends, and supply chain dynamics
  • Building trust quickly
  • Moving conversations forward without sounding overly transactional or aggressive
  • Helping shape process, CRM discipline, market education, and the future commercial motion of the business
  • Creating trust, building champions, and helping employers rethink what healthcare could look like for the people depending on them

Skills

  • Understanding of pharmacy supply chain and ability to explain it in plain English
  • Comfortable navigating various stakeholders, including HR leaders, C-level Finance leaders, brokers, consultants, and executive teams
  • Ability to simplify complexity
  • Experience in educating the market instead of relying on brand recognition
  • Ability to challenge assumptions respectfully and build trust quickly
  • Energized by the idea of helping build something
  • Knowledge of the difference between activity and actual commercial movement
  • Ability to create trust, build champions, and help employers rethink healthcare
  • Backgrounds in self-funded employer solutions, benefits consulting, transparent PBMs, onsite or near-site clinics, healthcare consulting, employer wellness ecosystems, direct primary care, or fiduciary/risk advisory environments
  • Previous experience holding the pharmacist title
