[Remote] Sr. Technical Program Manager

The Sr. Technical Program Manager will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across telehealth care delivery systems, focusing on scaling and optimizing care delivery while collaborating with various teams to improve system performance and patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of complex technical initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, and R&D
- Establish and monitor success metrics and OKRs, tying technical program outcomes directly to system scalability, patient experience, and operational impact
- Partner with technical and clinical leaders to identify opportunities for innovation in virtual care architecture and to remove operational or strategic barriers
- Champion process improvement and standardization, enhancing how technical projects are scoped, launched, and measured across the Care Experience organization
- Oversee launch readiness and continuous improvement, embedding feedback loops, retrospectives, and data insights to refine future initiatives
- Represent the Care Experience organization in cross-functional technical forums, influencing stakeholders and guiding strategic tradeoffs
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational excellence across the telehealth delivery ecosystem
Skills
- 5-8 years of experience working as a Technical Program Manager in a highly technical, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success driving transformation or care delivery initiatives from conception to execution with measurable business and patient outcomes
- Proven ability to translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps and deliver through influence across technical and non-technical teams
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clarity
- Strong systems thinking, process design, and change management expertise
- Adept at operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, balancing structure with agility
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-4 years of experience specifically within a highly technical HealthTech space
