[Remote] Senior Accountant - Specialty P&C Insurance (REMOTE)

Questpro is a VC/PE-backed insurtech MGA looking for a senior production accountant to manage premium, commission, bordereaux, trust accounting, and carrier settlements. This role will involve shaping the controls and processes to support a fast-growing business.
Responsibilities
- Own premium, commission, bordereaux, trust accounting, and carrier settlements end-to-end
- Shape the controls and processes that scale with a fast-growing business
Skills
- 10+ years accounting experience, 5+ in an MGA, wholesale brokerage, or carrier
- Direct experience with bordereaux, trust accounting, and carrier settlements
- Builder mindset — motivated to reduce manual processes and create structure
- NetSuite Or Similar ERP Experience
- CPA
