[Remote] Senior Associate, Consumer Integrated Marketing - Local Marketing, Top SMBs
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DoorDash is a technology and logistics company focused on empowering local economies. They are seeking a strategic marketer to develop integrated marketing strategies for their consumer business, specifically targeting top small to medium-sized restaurant businesses.
Responsibilities
- Oversee 25-30 concurrent integrated campaigns for our Top SMBs each quarter, liaising with external and internal stakeholders to build marketing programs across paid media (offline + online), promotions, influencer, CRM, in-app, and bespoke local activations
- Write creative / strategic briefs, set the marketing strategy, oversee GTM deployment, deliver impact reporting, drive cross-functional alignment, and provide regular status updates on campaign progress with key stakeholders from sales, strategy & operations, marketing, and analytics
- Develop customized co-marketing strategies and plans for select Top SMB exclusive partners each quarter; scale winning strategies to future SMB acquisitions
- Use a data-first approach to set goals for our campaigns and optimize our marketing against those goals, to improve profitability, volume, and DoorDash new customer acquisition
- Manage local budgets and allocate resources to targeted marketing efforts to achieve Mx acquisition goals
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA a plus
- 4+ years as a Marketer spanning integrated marketing or brand and media
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage at the lowest level of detail, and strong executional prowess
- Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills and are able to organize critical info both to senior leaders, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
- A creative and entrepreneurial mindset - you enjoy tackling unsolved problems, building, and finding creative solutions with limited resources
- A love for collaborating and working on a team with extensive cross-functional experience partnering with groups across (both internal and external) marketing partners (ie. CRM, paid media, creative, etc), analytics, product, etc
