[Remote] Senior Account Executive (Insurance Technology Services)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sikich is a global company specializing in Accounting, Advisory, and Technical professional services. They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive growth across their Insurance Technology practice by building relationships with clients and managing the sales lifecycle for consulting and implementation services.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development efforts for our Insurance Technology consulting practice
- Build and manage relationships with executives and decision-makers across the P&C value chain
- Identify and close opportunities for implementation, integration, and advisory services for leading Insurtech and software platforms
- Partner closely with our delivery and solutions teams to position Sikich as a trusted advisor; one that understands both the business of insurance and the technologies driving transformation
- Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
- Expand existing accounts by introducing new services and solutions aligned with client goals
- Represent Sikich at conferences, client events, and partner forums to build market visibility and credibility
Skills
- 7–12 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development for technology consulting or software vendors
- Proven success selling professional services, SaaS implementations, or insurtech solutions within the Property & Casualty insurance industry
- Strong understanding of insurance workflows, underwriting, bordereaux, and policy administration systems
- Deep network across MGAs, carriers, brokers, and insurance technology vendors
- Consultative, solution-oriented selling style with the ability to navigate multi-threaded enterprise deals
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term client partnerships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
