[Remote] Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Elfonze Technologies is an IT Services company, and they are seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant. The role involves acting as a subject matter expert in the Cloud HCM product, interacting with global teams to integrate Oracle technologies for business impact.
Responsibilities
- Candidate should have Broad IT expertise in Implementation, design, development, delivery and support for Fusion Cloud
- Should have 8 plus years overall experience with both hands-on Oracle development and team leadership
- Should have 3+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
- Should be Subject matter expertise within the HCM Data Domain with experience on Conversions, Integrations, Fast Formulas, Reports, Workflows, Security)
- Should have working knowledge of Agile best practices and experience in onsite–offshore project team models
Skills

- Experience in BI Publisher (RTF design/eText/Scheduling/Parameter Handling/Bursting/backup and migration of reports to different pods)
- Experience in additional Reporting Tools: HCM Extract / OTBI / Analysis Dashboard
- Experience in Extending Cloud/EBS through the native personalization layer
- Experience in Fast Formulas, HCM Data Loader and Custom Role Development and Cloud System Administration services
- Experience in Extending Cloud/EBS through the personalization layer
