[Remote] CRM Operations Lead

The CRM Operations Lead will enhance the CRM infrastructure, focusing on HubSpot configuration and data integrity while collaborating with sales and data teams to optimize performance and streamline workflows.
Responsibilities
- Support and drive optimization of HubSpot configuration, workflows, and overall system performance
- Audit existing CRM setups and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in CRM setup, onboarding, and enhancements for new and existing client accounts
- Collaborate with the data team to ensure CRM configuration aligns with reporting and data pipelines
- Strengthen CRM data integrity, governance, and usage standards across teams
- Contribute to documentation (playbooks, SOPs, workflows) to support consistency and scalability
- Partner with leadership and RevOps to support forecasting, reporting, and operational initiatives
- Provide support and guidance on CRM best practices and system challenges
- Support onboarding of new sales hires and accounts to ensure adoption and alignment
- Contribute to CRM-related projects and initiatives tied to quarterly goals
Skills
- You've designed, configured, and optimized HubSpot or other CRMs across multiple teams or organizations
- You enjoy improving and scaling existing CRM systems, not just building from scratch
- You've supported or executed CRM deployments, including integrations with dialers, schedulers, and reporting tools
- You thrive on refining workflows and contributing to documentation, SOPs, and playbooks that improve adoption
- You care deeply about data integrity and accurate reporting
- You're comfortable auditing CRM setups and identifying gaps in structure, usage, or performance
- You can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- You enjoy collaborating with leadership, RevOps, and data teams
- You're passionate about scalability, standardization, and continuous improvement
