[Remote] Sales Operations Analyst

Microbot Medical is a cutting-edge medical device company focused on endovascular robotic surgery, and they are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Analyst to join their team. The role involves maintaining reliable sales data, delivering high-quality reporting, supporting planning functions, and collaborating with various departments to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Maintain data integrity within CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring accuracy across accounts, opportunities, and pipeline data
- Conduct ongoing data audits and proactively resolve inconsistencies or gaps
- Develop and enforce data governance policies, including standardized definitions, field usage, and sales stage management
- Partner with Sales to reinforce pipeline hygiene and adherence to data entry best practices
- Build, maintain, and enhance recurring reports and dashboards for sales performance tracking
- Develop dynamic Power BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into KPIs such as pipeline health, revenue, and conversion rates
- Automate reporting processes to improve scalability and reduce manual effort
- Deliver timely ad hoc reporting and analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within sales data and provide actionable recommendations
- Support forecasting processes through pipeline validation and performance tracking against targets
- Translate complex datasets into clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support the design and optimization of sales territories based on market potential, account distribution, and coverage models
- Assist in annual and quarterly quota modelling to ensure alignment with company goals and sales capacity
- Support sales compensation planning, performance tracking, and commission calculations
- Serve as a key resource for sales teams on reporting tools, dashboards, and data interpretation
- Support onboarding and training on CRM usage, data standards, and reporting tools
- Perform other job-related duties assigned from time to time, within your scope of practice
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required; Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, revenue operations, or related roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
- Ability to handle sensitive commercial and contractual information confidentially
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, dashboard development, DAX preferred)
- Strong experience with CRM systems (HubSpot strongly preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Understanding of sales metrics, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data integrity and governance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% for company/team meetings and/or field rides
- Valid driver's license required
- Experience supporting a medical device, healthcare, or other regulated commercial environments preferred
- Experience developing solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps/Power Automate
- Experience with ETL processes, data visualization, reporting automation, and dashboard design best practices
- Experience with territory design, compensation planning, and quota setting
