They are seeking a Director of Order Management & Billing Operations who will be responsible for the daily execution and oversight of global order entry and billing processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency across regions.

Responsibilities

  • Owns daily execution of global order entry and billing operations
  • Serves as primary SME for order‑to‑invoice processes, policies, and systems
  • Ensures alignment with accounting policy, revenue recognition, contracts, and pricing
  • Owns OTC controls and SOX compliance for the order entry and billing tower
  • Acts as first line of defense for operational and control risks
  • Partners day‑to‑day with Transformation Lead to design and deploy process, system, automation, and AI improvements
  • Acts as operational owner for ERP, billing, and interface implementations
  • Champions automation and AI, including intelligent order validation and billing anomaly detection
  • Leads global teams, including shared services
  • Translates GDL strategy into measurable execution outcomes

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 10+ years in OTC, Billing, Accounting
  • Strong internal controls and SOX experience
  • Hands‑on leadership in global operations and system implementations
  • CPA preferred
  • Public accounting and/or audit background
  • Shared services experience
  • AI and automation experience in OTC
