[Remote] Compensation Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LHH is seeking experienced compensation consultants to support our client’s expanding compensation team on an interim basis, with strong potential for extension and longer-term engagement. This role will focus on compensation analysis, program support, and reporting, while partnering closely with HR and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze compensation data to support internal equity and market competitiveness
- Assist with salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and compensation reviews
- Support compensation cycles, including merit and bonus processes
- Prepare reports and provide insights to support business decisions
- Maintain and update compensation data within HR systems
- Partner with internal stakeholders to respond to compensation-related inquiries and support ongoing initiatives
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in compensation or a related HR field
- Experience working with compensation data, reporting, and analysis
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Familiarity with HR systems or compensation tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
- You have a background in compensation or HR and enjoy working with data and insights
- You're detail-oriented and comfortable balancing both analytical and process-driven work
- You're confident working independently in a remote setting
- You have experience or interest in HRIS, reporting, or systems-related work
