[Remote] Marketing Automation Campaign Manager

The Marketing Automation Campaign Manager will serve as the lead program manager and platform subject matter expert, responsible for driving the effective use of marketing automation platforms and ensuring successful campaign execution across client stakeholders and Bridge Partners.
Responsibilities
- Become the platform SME for Structured, completing onboarding with the platform team to understand capabilities, templates, workflows, and roadmap
- Define and implement a governance model for how client TPM and Bridge Partners teams use the platform, including roles, responsibilities, and quality standards
- Train and enable stakeholders across the client and Bridge Partners to effectively execute campaigns within Structured, including ongoing support and knowledge sharing
- Execute marketing campaigns within automation platforms, including building landing pages, eBooks, emails, and other assets using Structured templates and similar systems
- Provide guidance on campaign build best practices, ensuring consistent, scalable, and high-quality outputs across teams
- Partner with Structured to stay current on platform enhancements and roadmap updates, then translate those updates into actionable guidance for stakeholders
- Maintain proper asset management practices and troubleshoot technical issues within the platform as they arise
- Manage incoming campaigns, coordinate timelines, and set expectations with stakeholders across multiple teams
- Apply sound design and marketing judgment to ensure campaigns align with B2B marketing best practices
- Identify issues in templates, workflows, or assets and proactively drive resolution rather than executing blindly
- Perform high-level data pulls and reporting to provide visibility into platform usage, partner engagement, and campaign activity
Skills
- Strong experience with marketing automation and drag-and-drop tools such as Structured, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Marketo
- Ability to quickly become a platform expert and translate technical capabilities into practical guidance for business users
- Experience defining or operating within governance models for marketing platforms or campaign execution
- Strong project and program management skills to balance multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines
- Proven ability to train, enable, and influence cross-functional teams
- General design and marketing awareness, including understanding of CTA hierarchy, whitespace, type, and logo treatment
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing fundamentals and partner marketing dynamics
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify root causes and improve processes
- Ability to learn new platforms quickly and adapt to evolving marketing technologies
