[Remote] Senior Director Business Development
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. QPS Holdings, LLC is seeking an experienced business development leader to drive growth across their late-phase clinical trial and ancillary service portfolio throughout the Western US region. The role focuses on developing strategic relationships with biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies to support full-service Phase II-IV clinical development programs.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities across the Western US region
- Build relationships with key decision-makers within biotech and pharmaceutical organizations
- Partner with operational and scientific teams to develop client-focused solutions
- Drive opportunities from lead generation through proposal and contract execution
- Represent QPS at conferences, client meetings, and industry events
- Maintain strong pipeline and CRM management practices
Skills
- Significant CRO business development experience with demonstrated success selling late-phase clinical services
- Experience supporting full-service Phase II-IV clinical programs and ancillary services
- Strong understanding of the clinical development landscape
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Established West Coast network and existing sponsor relationships are strongly preferred
- Established biotech/pharma relationships across the West Coast preferred
