Dolce & Gabbana Beauty is part of the Dolce & Gabbana Group, an Italian luxury fashion house founded in 1985, and they are seeking a Key Account Manager for Macy’s. This role is responsible for driving sustainable growth and commercial performance, managing the overall account strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the overall commercial strategy for the Macy’s account to drive retail and net sales growth
  • Develop and manage annual and seasonal account Joint Business Plans aligned with brand, category, and Sales objectives
  • Establish forecasts for basic, promo and innovation in partnership with Sales Planning and Supply Chain
  • Ensure inventory, forecasting, and replenishment plans are aligned with sales targets and retailer expectations. Monitor and address out of stocks
  • Negotiate assortment, merchandising, promotional cadence, and in-store visibility to maximize brand impact
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure strong execution of launches, events, GWPs, sets, and exclusives at Macy’s
  • Be accountable for seasonal and annual targets including retail sales, net sales, promotions, co-op funding, GWPs, and special programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Macy’s stakeholders at multiple levels, positioning Dolce & Gabbana Beauty as a strategic partner
  • Monitor competitive landscape and share insights and best practices to support broader Sell In strategy

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management within department store Retailer
  • Strong understanding of department store dynamics, including merchandising, promotions, and seasonal planning
  • Ability to independently influence and negotiate with key stakeholders at Macy's
  • Proven ability to translate brand strategy into executable retail plans
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience managing forecasts, P&L drivers and budget management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills internal and external
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization
  • Proven experience with Macy's is a plus
