[Remote] Business Development Representative (BDR)

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will focus on generating warm leads by identifying target healthcare organizations and supporting the sales team in advancing opportunities through the buyer's journey.
Responsibilities
- Drive prospecting through inbound and outbound channels (phone, email, digital) to generate qualified leads and book meetings for our sales team
- Build and manage a pipeline of healthcare organizations, including physician groups, hospitals, and health systems
- Partner with sales and operations leaders to target key accounts, engage decision-makers, and advance opportunities
- Qualify and nurture prospects through the buyer’s journey, ensuring high-quality handoff to sales
- Leverage database tools for discovery, research and initiation of email and outbound calling campaigns to new prospective customers
Skills
- Experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales
- Strong prospecting, research, and pipeline management capabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively, especially in writing, with senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn
- Self-motivated, organized, open to coaching, and driven to meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel 10%
