The Senior Product Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and execution of digital products, collaborating across functions to deliver solutions that enhance customer experiences and align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs and quantified impacts
  • Understand Customer Needs: Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to identify pain points and opportunities across tools, processes, and experiences
  • Prioritize Features and Roadmap: Create and maintain product roadmaps that balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact
  • Write Clear Requirements: Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to ensure successful product development and launch
  • Delivery & Communications: Own the delivery of the features / initiative on the roadmap, escalating issues and blockers that arise during development, driving updates and expectations management with stakeholders and participating / leading the ceremonies as part of our product development life cycle
  • Monitor Performance Metrics: Track impact / ROI by defining KPIs to evaluate product success and inform future decisions
  • Partner on Go-to-Market Strategy: Work with marketing and sales to develop launch plans that resonate with target users and drive adoption
  • Manage Product Lifecycle: Oversee products from ideation through development, launch, growth, and eventual sunset if needed
  • Champion the User Experience: Advocate for intuitive, delightful, and accessible product experiences by partnering with user experience, conducting user research & surveys and driving rapid prototyping feedback sessions with the people using your products
  • Adapt and Iterate: Continuously refine products based on feedback, performance data, and market trends to stay competitive
  • Leadership: You may also lead or partner with an Associate Product Manager if the scope of the role and/or product area warrant it

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or business-related field, or equivalent education, training and relevant work experience
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
  • Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Lean)
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to synthesize customer insights, market data, and business goals into actionable product strategies
  • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to inform decisions and measure outcomes
  • Passion for solving customer problems and delivering high-impact solutions
