[Remote] Entry Level Recruiter/Sales

They are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Recruiter/Sales Representative to identify talent, develop relationships, and generate business opportunities while helping companies build high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, referrals, and other recruiting channels
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, career goals, and overall fit
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Coordinate candidate interviews and provide ongoing communication throughout the hiring process
- Prepare candidates for interviews and offer guidance on resumes, interview techniques, and career opportunities
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist with onboarding activities and ensure compliance with client and company requirements
- Develop long-term relationships with candidates to create a strong referral network and repeat placement opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, email outreach, and referrals
- Build relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and decision-makers within target organizations
- Learn client hiring needs and recommend qualified talent solutions
- Generate and qualify leads while supporting account growth initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Participate in client meetings, sales calls, and business development activities
- Help expand existing client relationships through exceptional service and consistent communication
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with an interest in sales, recruiting, and business development
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a startup environment
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, athletics, leadership roles, or other performance-driven environments is a plus, but not required
