[Remote] Fractional Business Development Director

They are seeking a Fractional Business Development Director to lead the sales process, manage the business development pipeline, and collaborate on growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Take Discovery Sales Calls with prospective school clients
- Lead and manage the business development pipeline
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on monthly growth strategies
- Manage sales and administrative staff connected to business development
- Run daily Business Development huddles
- Attend weekly Leadership calls
- Help turn marketing activity into real sales opportunities
- Report directly to the Vice President
Skills
- Experience in Education, EdTech, or school services
- Strong discovery call and sales call experience
- The ability to manage people, process, and follow-up
- Comfort working inside a small but growing company
- Strong work-from-home discipline and professional communication skills
- The ability to think strategically while also helping execute daily priorities
- Confidence speaking with school leaders and decision-makers
- A growth-minded, ownership-driven approach to business development
