RelPro, Inc. is a B2B Sales Intelligence Platform that integrates data from various sources to help clients in the Financial and Professional Services sector. They are seeking a Technical Product Manager who will lead the strategy and execution of RelPro’s API and AI-powered features, while also enhancing third-party integrations to improve customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for RelPro’s API, integration ecosystem, and AI/ML features, balancing customer demand, strategic partnerships, and technical feasibility
- Drive the next generation of RelPro’s API — improving developer experience, expanding endpoint coverage, and enabling new consumption models for our data
- Build and maintain the RelPro MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, enabling AI agents and LLM-powered workflows to securely access RelPro’s data and intelligence
- Lead the strategy and execution for embedded integrations such as Salesforce iframes, Snowflake data shares, and other CRM/data warehouse connectors
- Identify and prioritize AI and machine learning opportunities that enhance RelPro’s core value proposition — from enrichment and matching to predictive insights
- Act as a bridge between Engineering, Data, Sales, and Customer Success — translating customer feedback, PoCs, and real-world implementations into product decisions
- Define and run benchmarks, reference architectures, and best practices for how customers integrate with RelPro
- Define success metrics for integrations and API adoption, and use data to iterate and improve
- Support go-to-market efforts and guide product adoption for new integration and AI capabilities
