In this role, you will help design, build, and optimize enterprise Salesforce solutions that support millions of data records and thousands of users. Your technical leadership will directly influence system performance, scalability, and integration across critical business functions. This position is expected to begin in late Summer 2026, subject to contract award and final client approval. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting large-scale user populations and complex data environments
  • Architect multi-tier integrated systems with high availability, load balancing, and scalable performance strategies
  • Guide technical teams through system enhancements, integrations, deployments, and production support initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and cross-functional technical resources to define requirements and technical roadmaps
  • Ensure solution quality through code reviews, architecture governance, performance tuning, and compliance with best practices
  • Mentor and lead teams of developers, administrators, and analysts while supporting project delivery timelines

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 4+ years in a Salesforce Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or similar leadership role
  • 3+ years leading teams of at least five technical resources
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and RESTful API integrations
  • Experience designing and supporting enterprise Salesforce environments with 5,000+ users and 5M+ data records
  • Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent qualifying experience)
  • Active Salesforce certifications strongly preferred (Administrator, Service Cloud, Data Architect, Platform Developer II, Architect, or related)
