Our Client Our client develops a SaaS platform used by hospitality and retail businesses to manage customer interactions, digital ordering experiences, and transactional workflows. The environment is fast-paced, and the QA team works heavily with web applications, APIs, integrations, and data validation to ensure platform reliability. Job Summary We are looking for a part-time Technical Customer Onboarding Specialist to help our clients seamlessly get started on our platform. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients, their Point of Sale (POS) systems, and our proprietary advertising platform. You’ll guide them through setup, configure their initial ad campaigns, and ensure they have a fantastic experience from day one.
Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding journey with clear communication and a helpful attitude. Technical Setup & Integration: Assist clients in connecting their POS systems to our platform (training will be provided). Campaign Creation: Navigate our internal interface to build and launch "form-based" ad campaigns on behalf of our clients based on their business goals. High-Touch Communication: Craft clear, professional, and empathetic emails, and hop on occasional calls to walk clients through the platform. Basic Troubleshooting: Identify, log, and help solve minor system bugs or user errors from time to time, escalating complex issues to the engineering team when necessary. Qualifications and Job Requirements English: B2+ / C1 with strong written and verbal communication Experience: 2+ years in Customer Support, Customer Success, Onboarding, Implementation, or Technical Support SaaS Experience: Prior experience working with a SaaS product/platform (required) Client-Facing: Comfortable working directly with clients and guiding them through onboarding Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning software, troubleshooting issues, and navigating dashboards/integrations Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client requests Availability: Part time, US time zones Strongly Preferred Experience with POS systems Experience in digital marketing / campaign setup Experience in hospitality or retail tech What We Offer 100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive.
