What You’ll Do Contribute to accounting operations and close processes that support business goals, financial accuracy, and reporting integrity Partner with finance teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and management to align priorities, resolve issues, and move work forward with accountability Perform full-cycle accounting including general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and financial reporting preparation Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and implement practical solutions that improve accuracy and efficiency Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly with internal stakeholders and management Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail Support fixed asset accounting, ensuring proper capitalization and depreciation in accordance with company policies Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and company financial procedures Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit requests Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance financial operations What You Bring Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions Strong problem-solving ability, adaptability, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work independently and as part of a team 1+ years of experience in accounting or finance Experience with financial systems, databases, and spreadsheets Familiarity with AI-enabled tools (for example, Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT) to support productivity and analysis, where applicable Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
