We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to build and lead recruitment efforts within our growing team. This role will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, leading a dedicated hiring team, and ensuring the successful attraction and hiring of high-performing professionals. Responsibilities

Lead and develop a recruitment team focused on hiring across multiple functions and levels Own and improve the end-to-end hiring process (pipeline strategy, sourcing effectiveness, hiring quality) Partner closely with business leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning Ensure high quality of hire aligned with business and performance goals Mentor, coach, and support recruiters across different specializations Build scalable sourcing strategies for key roles within the company Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring funnels based on data insights Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners within the Fintech industry Requirements 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience across various functions 2+ years of experience managing or leading a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment Strong expertise in sourcing and hiring specialists across different domains Hands-on approach with strong ownership mindset Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills Client-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills Data-driven approach to recruitment decisions Self-starter with high motivation and adaptability Ability to work in ambiguity and manage changing priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on continuous improvement English — Upper-Intermediate or higher We offer Compensation for tax expenses of private entrepreneurs in Ukraine Qualified assistance and support for Ukrainian private entrepreneurs 20 paid vacation days per year 10 paid sick leave days per year Public holidays according to current Ukrainian legislation Medical insurance for employees Compensation for professional education and learning English Compensation for a sports subscription or sports equipment Apply To This Job
