Founder's Associate
A Founder's Associate sits between an EA and a Chief of Staff. You're not a specialist. You're a generalist who moves fast, picks up context quickly, and applies good judgment across whatever the founder needs most right now. You'll work directly with a founder or senior executive at a fast-growing company in the US or Europe. One week you're building a research brief. The next you're managing a GTM launch, coordinating a hiring process, or pressure-testing a decision before they walk into a board meeting. No two weeks are the same. We train you on the tools and workflows that run world-class companies, then place you with a high-performance operator who needs a right hand they can trust. This is a launchpad. Founder's Associates at top startups go on to become Chiefs of Staff, department heads, and operators in their own right. You won't be a task executor here. You'll be in the room where decisions get made. What you'll own Track and close open loops across the executive's full workload Research, analysis, and structured recommendations across any function Meeting prep, decision briefs, and post-call follow-up Calendar, inbox, and communications management Operational projects that cross departments — hiring, GTM, fundraising prep, process builds Proactive identification of problems before they surface Whatever is the highest priority that week Who this is for A genuine generalist - you don't need a defined lane to do great work Sharp, driven, and honest - you flag problems early and always bring a solution Strong written and spoken English; you communicate clearly at executive level Curious about AI and how it's changing the way fast-moving companies operate Comfortable with ambiguity - you make good calls with limited context and don't wait to be told ecently graduated or early in your career and looking for the fastest path to real ownership What you get Monthly salary up to R 20,000 Performance-based bonuses that can add up to 3 months salary Modern laptop/hardware provided by us Specialized training in AI and LLM tools Access to a community of automation engineers, designers, and senior operators How we hire Selection is rigorous.
