Content Writer (Latam, Remote)

Among other accolades, we are a 5-time Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in America honoree. We are currently looking to add a Part-Time Content Writer to our growing team. This is a fully remote position based in Latin America. We’re looking for a talented writer who can help strengthen Kubikware’s brand presence through thoughtful, engaging, and high-quality content across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with our marketing and leadership teams to create content that showcases our expertise in software development, technology, AI, digital transformation, and staffing solutions. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content for professional audiences. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys researching industry trends, interviewing subject matter experts, and creating content that educates, informs, and drives engagement. We are looking for: 3+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, content marketing, journalism, or related roles Excellent written and spoken English skills Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities Experience creating long-form content, blog posts, articles, and social media content Strong research skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging way Experience writing content for professional or B2B audiences Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines independently Comfortable working in a collaborative, remote environment Nice to have: Experience creating content for software development companies, technology consultancies, IT services firms, or staffing organizations Familiarity with software engineering concepts and modern technology trends Understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and content strategy Experience interviewing technical stakeholders and subject matter experts Experience working with US-based companies or clients Expected Deliverables Long-form blog articles Thought leadership content Case studies LinkedIn posts and social media content Website and marketing copy as needed
