As a member of the Jabra sales team, the Business Development Representative, Distribution is responsible for supporting and growing strategic distributor relationships while driving partner recruitment, enablement, and revenue growth across the channel. This role serves as the liaison between Jabra and distribution partners, helping develop and execute joint business plans that increase product exposure, strengthen partner engagement, and deliver measurable sales results. The Business Development Representative will collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams—including channel and end customer sales, marketing, alliances, and operations—as well as distributor-dedicated resources to support onboarding, training, business planning, pipeline development, and go-to-market execution. This role also helps identify new business opportunities, expand partner relationships, and ensure distributors are equipped to effectively position and grow Jabra solutions in the market. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of joint business plans with distributors that drive measurable outcomes, including revenue growth, brand awareness, operational improvements, and partner engagement. Track actions, milestones, and results. Present Jabra’s go-to-market strategy, product portfolio, value propositions, and competitive differentiation to partners, ensuring alignment with Jabra’s strategic priorities. Build and deliver training programs, product education, and enablement sessions to help distributor and partner teams effectively represent the Jabra brand and dive adoption. Represent Jabra at distributor events and tradeshows, support booth setup, product demos, lead capture, and post-event follow-up coordination. Collaborate with Distribution & Channel Marketing to execute promotions, campaigns, partner engagement activities, and lead-generation programs. Assist with reseller recruitment, onboarding and enablement tasks (program communications, introductions, and enablement scheduling). Help prepare partner business reviews by gathering performance data, compiling decks, and documenting follow-up actions. Support pipeline opportunity management, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating next steps with internal teams and partners to help progress deals to close. Provide ongoing market, partner, and program feedback to internal Jabra teams to help shape strategy and execution. Maintain accurate partner records and activity updates in CRM and related tools, support forecasting inputs and reporting needs. Build strong working relationships with partners and internal stakeholders through responsive communication and follow-through. Perform other related tasks or duties as required or assigned. Required Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Distribution and/or Channel Sales Account Management, Business Development, Sales Support, Partner Development, or related customer-facing roles. Experience delivering training, presenting to groups, or supporting enablement programs (internal or external) preferred. Demonstrated success in generating new business and achieving or exceeding sales targets. Experience in AV, videoconferencing, unified communications and collaboration, telecommunications, or similar products preferred. Proficiency using CRM and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required. Required Skills: Results-oriented with strong business acumen. Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills. Confident communicator with comfort presenting and facilitating training sessions. Customer/partner-focused mindset; responsive and collaborative. Detail-oriented with ability to translate strategy into clear, executable actions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with sales data, basic reporting, and CRM hygiene. Event readiness: able to demonstrate product knowledge, coordinate logistics, and represent the brand professionally.
