We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities ✅ Case & Deadline Management Track and manage deadlines for hearings, filings, motions, objections, and trials, ensuring compliance with court rules and local procedures. ✅ Legal Document Preparation & Research Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Conduct legal research to support case strategies. Prepare and organize case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness. ✅ Client & Court Communication Manage correspondence with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Schedule appointments, hearings, and meetings for attorneys. ✅ Administrative & Case Management Support Proofread legal documents for accuracy and clarity. Assist in drafting contracts and legal agreements. Utilize legal case management software to track case progress and deadlines. Qualifications & Skills ✔ Education: Associate degree or Paralegal Studies certificate required. ✔ Experience: Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal, preferably in Personal Injury law. ✔ Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with legal terminology, procedures, and research tools like Westlaw. ✔ Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading and transcription skills. ✔ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. ✔ Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
