The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated professional to assist customers in implementing CentralSquare software solutions and interfaces. Reporting to a Professional Services Manager this role involves reviewing business processes, documenting requirements, configuring systems, conducting testing, and supporting system rollouts. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with development teams to define professional services strategies, estimates, and value propositions while ensuring the successful delivery of customer value-added services. The ideal candidate will also have experience integrating third-party software solutions to enhance system functionality and interoperability. Job Duties Include: Develop and maintain expertise in configuring our software solutions. Ensure consistent follow-through on project tasks, deliverables, and communications with the Project Manager and clients. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers. Work independently with minimal supervision, meeting project deadlines and taking ownership of issues and assignments. Collaborate with diverse teams and personalities both internally and externally. Review and quality-check the work of other consultants as needed. Mentor junior team members to support skill development and maintain a high-performing team. Provide assistance on escalations for small/medium projects and offer consultation on larger projects with managerial support. Identify and implement new professional services tools and software to enhance productivity. Proactively address and mitigate recurring issues in future implementations.
