At Yuno, every role impacts the payment revolution. As a Solutions Engineer - Financial Institutions, you will join the Customer Solutions Team within our Go-To-Market division. You will serve as the primary technical partner for banks and financial institutions, helping them unlock the full value of the Yuno platform across complex and highly regulated environments. Your contribution will be Own the end-to-end partner journey — from pre-sales to go-live and beyond Partner with Sales to design smart, scalable payment solutions tailored to partner needs Lead API integrations (REST, webhooks, SDKs) and get partners live fast Serve as a trusted technical advisor for bank stakeholders at all levels — providing expert guidance on payment performance, UX, and global payment strategies Solve complex technical challenges and unblock integrations quickly Collaborate with Product & Engineering to improve the platform and customer experience Drive continuous optimization (conversion, auth rates, fraud, routing) Work closely with the Product to ensure we are building for scale while solving the merchant problems Have a Product mindset - be ready to build from scratch and automate processes The skills you need ● Language Skills: English - advanced is mandatory ● 8+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or equivalent technical role within payments, fintech, or financial services — with direct experience engaging banks, neobanks, or regulated financial institutions ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to build lasting relationships with large, multi-stakeholder financial organizations ● Experience with integration processes and working with APIs. ● Proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders within complex and highly regulated, risk-conscious environments ● Experience in delivering successful product demonstrations and presentations ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills What Yuno offers you ● Competitive compensation ● Remote work - You can work from anywhere! ● Home office bonus - We offer a one-time allowance to help you create your ideal home office. ● Work equipment ● Stock options ● Health Plan, no matter where you are ● Flexible Days off \n \n Apply To This Job
