As an Application Administrator, you will be the frontline champion ensuring that each organization and user is accurately set up, thereby preventing downtime that could affect doctors, nurses, and ultimately patients.

Role Overview

This is a fully remote, entry‑level position designed for candidates who excel at fast, accurate typing, possess strong communication skills, and enjoy working closely with end users to solve real‑world problems. You will join a small, agile team that supports multiple shifts across the Eastern Time Zone (8 AM–5 PM, 9 AM–6 PM, 10 AM–7 PM, or 11 AM–8 PM EST). While the role is primarily focused on data entry and application administration, prior experience in a Tier 1 help‑desk environment will be considered a valuable asset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑volume data entry of organization and user information into the arenaflex Link platform, maintaining an accuracy rate of ≥ 99 %.
  • Validate and reconcile data against source documents to ensure completeness and correctness before migration.
  • Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) customer support to healthcare professionals during the transition, answering queries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users through setup steps.
  • Collaborate with the development team to test migration tools, report bugs, and suggest enhancements based on hands‑on experience.
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry workflows, escalation paths, and communication templates.
  • Assist in triaging Tier 1 support tickets, escalating complex cases to senior technicians while maintaining clear communication with the requester.
  • Participate in shift hand‑over meetings to ensure continuity of service and share critical insights.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards when handling patient‑related data.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business administration, information technology, or a related field is a plus.
  • Typing speed of ≥ 40 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets, use formulas, and generate reports.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a suitable home office environment for remote work.
