Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for travelers reaching out via phone, email, and live chat. Based remotely in Florida, you will handle a wide range of inquiries, from booking and modifying reservations to resolving complex issues that require collaboration with multiple teams. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and the overall reputation of arenaflex as a premium aviation service provider.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Engage professionally with customers through inbound and outbound phone calls, email correspondence, and live chat platforms. Listen actively, empathize, and provide accurate information that addresses each traveler’s unique needs.
  • Reservation Management: Assist customers with new bookings, itinerary modifications, cancellations, upgrades, and special service requests. Ensure every transaction is processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with arenaflex policies.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify customer concerns before they escalate. Investigate problems, propose solutions, and partner with cross-functional teams such as operations, baggage handling, and loyalty programs to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Policy Adherence: Apply arenaflex guidelines, fare rules, and industry regulations consistently while maintaining a high standard of service quality and professionalism.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Stay current on arenaflex routes, schedules, promotions, loyalty programs, in-flight services, and travel policies. Use this knowledge to educate customers and offer personalized recommendations.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately log customer interactions, case details, and outcomes in the company CRM system. Identify recurring issues and share insights with leadership to support continuous improvement.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to internal stakeholders, helping shape the future of arenaflex’s products, services, and digital experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional coursework or a degree in communications, hospitality, business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, ideally in a contact center, hospitality, travel, or retail environment. However, motivated candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for service are also encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. The ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and with warmth is essential.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak travel seasons. Remote reliability and a dependable internet connection are required.
  • Legal Eligibility: Must be a resident of Florida and authorized to work in the United States.
