Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation: Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, timelines, interests, and any special requirements. Listen actively to uncover what truly makes their ideal trip.
  • Personalized Travel Planning: Design customized travel itineraries that include destination recommendations, flights, accommodations, ground transportation, tours, activities, dining suggestions, and travel insurance options.
  • Promotional Strategy: Utilize marketing materials, promotional offers, and seasonal deals to showcase attractive travel packages that align with client needs and budgets.
  • Booking and Confirmation: Accurately process reservations through our proprietary booking platform, ensuring all details — names, dates, payment information, and special requests — are correct before finalizing.
  • Customer Support and Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after their trips. Address concerns promptly, resolve issues with suppliers when necessary, and ensure client satisfaction at every stage.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay current on travel trends, destination updates, visa requirements, health and safety advisories, airline policies, and emerging destinations. Share relevant insights with clients to enhance their travel planning experience.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, following up after trips, encouraging repeat bookings, and generating referrals through positive word-of-mouth.
  • Business Development: Proactively grow your client base through networking, social media engagement, community involvement, and referrals. As an independent contractor, your business is your own — and we support your growth every step of the way.

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must be able to communicate clearly, professionally, and warmly — both in writing and over the phone. Strong listening skills are equally important.
