What You’ll Do Every Day

As a Delivery Station Customer Experience Associate at arenaflex, you’ll serve as a critical link between our customers, delivery partners, and warehouse operations. Your primary mission is simple yet powerful: ensure that every customer receives their packages on time, with the highest level of care, and that any issues are resolved quickly and professionally. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that combines in-person engagement, phone communication, and email support to deliver a seamless experience from the moment a customer places an order to the moment it arrives at their door.

You’ll be based at one of arenaflex’s state-of-the-art last-mile delivery warehouses, where our industry-leading logistics system comes to life. As orders move through our network and out for delivery, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for customers who need guidance, rescheduling assistance, or help resolving a delivery concern. When you spot a delivery issue, you won’t wait — you’ll take action, collaborating with warehouse associates and delivery partners to find a solution that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Customer Engagement: Communicate with customers in person, over the phone, and via email, providing warm, professional, and solution-oriented support at every touchpoint.
  • Empathetic Problem-Solving: Listen actively to customer concerns, empathize with their needs, and prioritize solutions that restore confidence and satisfaction.
  • Uphold arenaflex Values: Represent arenaflex with integrity, respect, and a customer-first mindset in every interaction, treating every customer as a valued individual.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly, set clear and realistic expectations, and follow through on commitments to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Clear, Professional Communication: Compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses that reflect arenaflex’s commitment to excellence.
  • Logical Decision-Making: Approach problems with sound judgment and analytical thinking, making quick and effective decisions that serve the customer’s best interests.
  • Operational Flexibility: Work a flexible full-time schedule of 40+ hours per week, including shifts that may extend up to 12 hours, to support peak operational periods.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with warehouse associates, delivery partners, and internal teams to resolve delivery issues, reschedule deliveries, and keep customers informed throughout the process.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify patterns in customer feedback and delivery challenges, and contribute ideas that help arenaflex improve its service for every future customer.

Physical Requirements & Working Environment

This role is dynamic and requires physical engagement in a warehouse environment. With or without reasonable accommodation, you will:

  • Carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds regularly throughout your shift
  • Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach as part of daily operations
  • Stand and walk for extended periods during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
  • Work in environments where noise levels can be loud — hearing protection will be provided
  • Work in conditions where the temperature may vary due to outside weather conditions and is not climate-controlled

As orders are picked, packed, and dispatched, you’ll be on the floor, ready to assist. A customer calls needing to reschedule a delivery — you coordinate with the delivery partner, update the system, and confirm the new timing with the customer. Another customer stops by with a question about a package — you greet them with a smile, look up the details, and provide a clear, reassuring answer. Later, you notice a potential delivery issue brewing in the system. You jump into action, flag the concern, and work with the warehouse team to get it resolved before it becomes a problem.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a dynamic setting
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
  • Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching tools, and instant messenger platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • Strong proficiency in verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt your tone and style to different audiences
  • Experience understanding and developing performance metrics to measure progress against key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Prior experience working on a merchandising or brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand
