About the Role: Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative

As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as a trusted advisor and problem-solver for our clients' customers. Working remotely via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through online chat channels, you will provide knowledgeable guidance on personal insurance products including auto, home, and other personal lines coverage. Your mission will be to deliver authentic, high-quality customer experiences that build trust, resolve concerns, and leave every customer feeling valued and supported.

This position requires an active Personal Lines resident license to sell insurance. Key Responsibilities

  • Actively listen to customers, ask thoughtful questions, and accurately identify their personal insurance needs.
  • Advise customers on plan options, available coverages, and pricing structures tailored to their unique situations.
  • Process new policy enrollments, policy amendments, renewals, and cancellations with precision and care.
  • Resolve routine customer questions and concerns promptly, escalating complex issues when appropriate.
  • Ensure every customer enjoys an authentic, memorable experience that reflects arenaflex's commitment to service excellence.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of client products, services, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Document customer interactions accurately within CRM and policy management systems.

  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory updates, and product changes through ongoing training.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need the following:

  • An active Personal Lines resident insurance license (required).
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in any industry.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, including navigating multiple systems while maintaining a warm, professional phone presence.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies, platforms, and digital tools.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and making a meaningful difference in every interaction.
  • A patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented nature.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States and residency within the United States with a valid U.S. address.
  • A reliable, distraction-free home office setup with high-speed internet connectivity.

Preferred Qualifications and Competencies

  • Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a related regulated industry.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly Spanish/English fluency (premium pay available).
  • Familiarity with personal lines insurance products including auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies.
  • Strong written communication skills for chat-based customer support.
