Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for every guest who steps into an arenaflex Store. Your responsibilities will blend customer service, sales expertise, and teamwork, ensuring each interaction is memorable and aligned with arenaflex’s high standards.

  • Customer Discovery: Engage visitors with open‑ended questions to uncover their needs, preferences, and challenges, then tailor recommendations that align with arenaflex’s product ecosystem.
