Position Overview

We are hiring an enthusiastic, entry-level Remote Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing work-from-home support team. In this role, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable, and solutions-oriented voice of arenaflex, connecting with customers through phone, email, and live chat. You will help shoppers navigate our online platform, place and manage orders, resolve concerns, and leave every interaction with a smile — literally or figuratively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Support: Guide customers through our online shopping platform, assisting with browsing, product selection, order placement, payment issues, returns, refunds, account management, and tracking deliveries.
  • Problem Resolution: Listen actively to customer concerns, demonstrate empathy, and work diligently to resolve complaints and issues on the first contact whenever possible. When escalation is necessary, partner with internal teams to ensure swift and satisfactory outcomes.
  • Product and Policy Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex products, services, promotions, store policies, and digital tools so that you can provide accurate, timely, and trustworthy information to every customer.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system to support continuous improvement, team learning, and quality assurance efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team leads, trainers, and cross-functional partners to share insights, escalate trends, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.

Essential Qualifications
