  • Operate assigned cash registers efficiently, handling cash, credit, and digital payments with accuracy and speed.
  • Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with arenaflex policies and local regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, well‑merchandised sales floor by organizing shelves, restocking items, and ensuring promotional displays are attractive and up‑to‑date.
  • Execute inventory tasks such as receiving shipments, pricing merchandise, and conducting regular stock counts to support optimal inventory levels.
  • Implement arenaflex asset protection procedures, identifying potential shrinkage risks and taking corrective actions to safeguard company assets.
  • Adhere to state and local laws governing regulated products, including age‑verification protocols for alcoholic beverages and tobacco items.
  • Construct and refresh seasonal, promotional, and super‑structure displays, collaborating with the store manager and shift leaders to meet visual merchandising standards.
  • Apply first‑in, first‑out (FIFO) principles for perishable goods, ensuring food safety and product freshness across all categories.
  • Support web‑order fulfillment by monitoring arenaflex’s online order platform, picking items accurately, and delivering completed orders to customers upon arrival.
  • Assist with both interior and exterior store maintenance, keeping the environment tidy, safe, and inviting for all guests.

Team Collaboration & Development

  • Maintain respectful, collaborative relationships with coworkers, contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Participate in scheduled training sessions, completing performance‑linked learning modules (PPLs) as directed by management.

Essential Qualifications
