Job Title :- Scrum Master with Integration Platform Experience Location :- Remote Duration: Long Term Job Description :-Note: This role requires someone who works efficiently/fast, has strong JIRA and Azure DevOps expertise, and can participate confidently in high level technical conversations. Job Description: Agile Leadership & Facilitation Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and continuous improvement Foster a high-performing, self-organizing team environment Drive adoption of Agile practices across IPE teams Delivery Management Support end-to-end delivery of integration and platform initiatives Track sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination Ensure alignment with platform roadmap and enterprise priorities Impediment Removal & Execution Support Identify and remove blockers impacting team delivery Escalate risks and drive timely resolution Enable teams to maintain focus on sprint goals and delivery outcomes Stakeholder Collaboration Act as a bridge between engineering teams, product owners, and stakeholders Facilitate communication across integration, infrastructure, security, and application teams Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes Backlog & Planning Support Partner with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize backlog Ensure work is clearly defined, sequenced, and aligned to business value Support PI Planning / roadmap alignment (if operating in SAFe model) ________________________________________
Required Qualifications
Experience 7–10+ years in IT delivery roles, including Scrum Master experience Experience supporting integration platforms, APIs, middleware, or cloud environments Proven track record managing Agile teams across complex enterprise programs Certifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) required Technical Knowledge Understanding of integration platforms (APIs, middleware, messaging systems) Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices Apply tot his job Apply To this Job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
