Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and general HR matters. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation and system entries are completed accurately and efficiently. Maintain employee records and HR files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations. Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Help coordinate and deliver HR training programs and employee development initiatives. Assist in resolving employee issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex matters as needed. Maintain the HRIS database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee information. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 1-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Assistant, or similar role. Solid understanding of HR principles, best practices, and employment law fundamentals. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote environment. Customer-service oriented with a genuine desire to support employees. Familiarity with benefits administration and payroll processes is a plus. Must be authorized to work in the US.
