  • *Job Summary**

As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. You will work closely with our operations team and customers to communicate effectively, track and analyze data, and generate reports to ensure seamless service delivery. This is a remote position, and you will be required to work full weekends and a 5-day work week.

  • *Key Responsibilities**

• Assist in the operation of the arenaflex Operations Desk, serving as a critical command and control center and primary liaison between pilots and customers.

  • Input, track, and analyze data pertaining to reports received from pilots and customer interactions.
  • Directly communicate with customers to leave a lasting positive impression for the company.
  • Generate customer reports indicating services provided and results of inspections.
  • Solidify hard data from vague clues to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Assist with generation of the daily flying schedule and associated mission products using arenaflex proprietary software, Garmin products, and Google Earth.
  • Assist in coordination with maintenance to understand aircraft availability and its impact on flight operations.
  • Communicate expectations of performance to pilots prior to mission execution.
  • Assist with general projects relating to the overall business as a critical member of a small management team.
  • Coordinate with the President to onboard new customers and integrate requested work with existing operations.
  • *Requirements**

• Customer service orientation with an interest in operations.

  • Excellent communication skills, especially verbal.
  • Self-motivated, comfortable working with ambiguity and complexity.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office suite as well as Google Earth.
  • Full weekend availability. 5-day work week.
  • *Essential Qualifications**

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or operations.

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Earth.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience in the oil and gas industry.

  • Familiarity with aerial patrol services.
  • Knowledge of Garmin products and Google Earth.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
