as a Senior Theme Park Operations Manager. Our client is renowned for its immersive attractions and world-class guest experiences. This hybrid role requires a dynamic leader to oversee daily operations of assigned park zones, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, safety, and operational efficiency. You will be instrumental in managing a diverse team, implementing innovative operational strategies, and contributing to the overall success of the park.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise daily park operations, including ride operations, guest services, food and beverage, and retail outlets within designated areas. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, security procedures, and company policies. Develop and implement operational plans to optimize guest flow, minimize wait times, and enhance the overall guest experience. Manage, train, and mentor a team of operational supervisors and frontline staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Collaborate with various departments, including Entertainment, Maintenance, and Marketing, to execute park-wide events and promotions. Manage budgets for assigned operational areas, controlling costs and identifying opportunities for efficiency. Respond to and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies promptly and professionally. Monitor operational metrics, analyze performance data, and implement data-driven improvements. Participate in strategic planning initiatives to support the long-term growth and vision of the park. Lead by example, upholding the company's commitment to excellence and a service-oriented culture. Contribute to the development and execution of new attraction openings and operational readiness. Ensure effective communication across all shifts and departments.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in theme park operations or a similar high-volume entertainment environment. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Strong understanding of park operations, safety protocols, and guest service principles. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities. Proven ability to manage budgets and control operational costs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and park operations management software. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Passion for the entertainment and leisure industry.
