Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain precise data records in arenaflex’s proprietary database systems, ensuring that every entry reflects the latest content information.
  • Perform rigorous verification and validation checks to guarantee data consistency, completeness, and accuracy across all fields.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Content Operations, Localization, and Quality Assurance—to streamline data entry workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc data‑related projects, such as bulk uploads, data cleansing initiatives, and special reporting requests.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive licensing, contractual, and user‑generated data.
  • Provide timely feedback on data quality issues and suggest process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce error rates.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of data entry procedures, standards, and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the remote team.

Essential Qualifications
