Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering Excellent Customer Service and Technical Support: Many customer interactions will involve guiding users through product setup, troubleshooting basic technical issues, walking customers through order processes, or resolving account concerns. You do not need to be an IT professional, but you do need to be resourceful, patient, and willing to learn.
