Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for

  • Promptly answering inbound phone calls, returning phone calls, responding to emails, and live chats in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and effective manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and empathetic manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and live chats
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customers Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need
  • 1+ year of experience working in a high-volume call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Reliable internet connection, working computer, and headset
  • Quiet space in your home to talk on the phone without distraction
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST (45 hours per week)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual or multilingual, with proficiency in Spanish
  • Experience working in the beauty or skincare industry
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools
