Position Overview – Remote Chat Moderator (Community Support Specialist)

We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to serve as Remote Chat Moderators for arenaflex. In this role, you will monitor live chat rooms, guide conversations, resolve conflicts, and ensure that every participant enjoys a respectful, productive experience. Core Responsibilities

Live Chat Monitoring & Guidance

  • Continuously observe multiple chat rooms, ensuring discussions remain on‑topic, civil, and aligned with arenaflex’s community standards.

  • Identify emerging trends, recurring questions, or potential policy gaps and relay insights to the product and policy teams.

Participant Assistance & Issue Resolution

  • Escalate complex technical problems or policy violations to senior moderators or the appropriate support channels while maintaining ownership of the case.

Order Maintenance & Enforcement

  • Detect and address disruptive behavior—including spam, harassment, hate speech, and off‑topic posting—according to arenaflex’s moderation policies.
